Voice Services: Incidents History
There was a global outage at the Azure data centre that caused web traffic to fail, as well as SIP calls. Customers experienced issues with networking connectivity, manifesting as long network latency and/or timeouts when attempting to connect to resources hosted in Azure regions.
Major Outage
Ivrnet has detected an outage affecting all payment solutions:
- online payments
- telepay payments
Ivrnet has begun investigation.
Additional Partial Outage
Ivrnet has identified that the current outage may also be affecting some of our enterprise voice services.
Further investigations are proceeding.
Ivrnet has engaged with our data center and network providers to further investigate.
Ivrnet has confirmed a networking issue at the data center and has engaged all available resources to bring a resolution to this outage as soon as possible.
