Senior Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer

Ivrnet is searching for a Senior Full Stack Ruby on Rails Software Developer to work with our software development  team in Calgary that can start immediately.  On premise and WFH.

Skills include someone who is capable in a test-driven development, code optimization and providing elegant solutions to complex problems, a deep understanding of database queries, basic network and server configuration, and experienced in deployment strategies.

We love innovation and try to leverage exciting new technologies where it makes sense. Our technology team has fully embraced many open-source solutions such as Rails, RSpec, PostgreSQL and Docker. Our candidates needs to be confident with all of these.

Experience: 5+ years of Rails development

Sales Executive (SaaS)

Ivrnet is looking for a proven SaaS Sales Executive with a strong history of achieving new business targets. The successful candidate will have a passion for technology and a proven ability to maximize value by aligning products and services to a prospect’s needs. 

Responsibilities

  • Achieving sales targets
  • Making cold and warm phone calls
  • Generating new leads
  • Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met
  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers
  • Using HubSpot CRM to track progress, report goals, track and maintain a database of activity and contract information
  • Staying current on company offerings and industry trends


Skills and Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven Software as a Service (SaaS) “hunter” sales experience
  • History of consistently exceeding sales quotas, weekly KPIs and pipeline stage conversion targets
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent English verbal and written business communication skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications as well as CRM tools
