NexText Services: Incidents History
On October 6, 2023, at 12:10:58 am, Ivrnet received an alert regarding an outage on the 74000 Teletext service, impacting the 74100 texting service. Users were unable to receive their next bus/train times through text messaging.
Our incident response team promptly initiated investigations and worked towards resolving the issue. After identifying and correcting the problematic protocols, as well as restarting servers and services, the service was fully restored.
The entire incident, including the outage, investigation, remediation attempts, and final resolution, lasted for a duration of 449 minutes, concluding at 7:40:25 AM.
Since the resolution, we have been continuously monitoring the service, and there have been no further interruptions.
