After Office Hours Support:
During closed Support Office hours, support tickets will not be responded to. If you are reporting a service outage please connect with the Ivrnet Client Services Team at 1.866.829.3335. Non-outage related items will not be address outside of office hours.
Ivrnet Office Holiday Notice:
The office will be closed for all Canadian Statutory Holidays listed below. If any Canadian Statutory holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the office will be closed on the Monday following the Canadian Statutory holiday. After Office Hours Support will assist during this time.
