Rackspace identified issues with RSE webmail login, and their engineers are actively investigating the issue.
Ivrnet discovered a network outage and SIP registration outage and has begun investigation.
Ivrnet engaged with vendors to investigate further.
The services are slowly recovering. Ivrnet continuing to monitor.
Ivrnet’s Online payment and Telepay services (for select enterprise customers) have been fully recovered.
Some Telepay services are still down, and Ivrnet is working with our vendor to bring those back up.

There was a global outage at the Azure data centre that caused web traffic to fail, as well as SIP calls. Customers experienced issues with networking connectivity, manifesting as long network latency and/or timeouts when attempting to connect to resources hosted in Azure regions.
Ivrnet was made aware of degraded performance on select shortcode texting delivery and response times.
Ivrnet has started investigation.
Ivrnet has reached out to vendors for further escalation and support.
Delivery time delays were shortened significantly with an initial configuration update. Ongoing investigation and service configuration will continue to bring remove delays and restore service to normal parameters
