Client Services and Support Outside of Regular Business Hours:

During closed office hours, support tickets will not be responded to, unless they are of an urgent matter.  If they are urgent, please connect with the Ivrnet Customer Care Team at 1.800.351.7227 (Option 2).

Create a ticket to help@ivrnet.com first, before calling.  That way, our team can escalate your urgent issue to the Team Member who can assist you.

 

Ivrnet Holiday Notice:

The office will be closed on the following days:

  • Civic Holiday:  Monday, August 5, 2019
  • Labour Day: Monday, September 2, 2019
  • Thanksgiving Day: Monday, October 14, 2019
  • Christmas Day: Wednesday, December 25, 2019
  • Boxing Day: Thursday December 26, 2019
