We have spent over $10 million developing and deploying our suite of highly advanced business tools. Because these were internally constructed, they were designed from conception, to solve practical business problems; solutions unavailable from other commercial sources. In our business model, we buy or license technologies that in some ways, may be better than our own. We then overlay them with enhanced capabilities, and streamlined ease of use features.
Our goal is to create new, highly advanced but inexpensive, and simple to integrate products. In doing so, we have two central objectives: to improve customer experience and loyalty; and to simultaneously reduce overall business operating expenses, and that means even when our own costs to you, are taken into the equation.
With Ivrnet, there is no need for you to purchase any new technology or upgrades. As a consequence, there is usually no down-time associated with the implementation of our applications. We have spent over a decade looking at the competition. What we learned was that to clearly and effectively differentiate ourselves from other industry participants, we needed to offer clients highly focused solutions to their specific business communications needs. But we do this in a way that strengthens their ability to perform, and their customers’ satisfaction with the quality of service that they’re getting. If we can’t do that, we don’t have a value proposition. It wasn’t easy. But it’s that simple.
